You'll enjoy the bed and breakfast's unique historic charm as you experience undisturbed privacy in the old world atmosphere of your room or suite. As you step into the Lanaux Mansion Bed and Breakfast's antique atmosphere you'll enter the era of the 1800s. The 11,000 square-foot mansion was built by its original owner, attorney Charles Andrew Johnson, known to have hobnobbed with Confederate General Robert E. Lee and other prominent men of the time. The guest rooms are graced with his furniture, artworks, books, and mementos.
